Albert House Nursing Home

Albert House is family-run and embodies the culture of community and home-from-home living. The home is located within walking distance to the well-known and popular Weston sea front, town centre and Clarence Park. The team ensure our residents have a positive life, full of respect, dignity, and kindness. We focus on providing person-centred care and promote resident independence so they can make their own choices. We also positively encourage residents to maintain relationships with friends, family and loved ones, inviting them into our residents’ safe and comfortable home.

Behind a modest Victorian facade lies a state-of-the art care facility. Over £2 million was spent to convert and extend 5 terraced houses into a comfortable home for our Residents with en-suites for all rooms and multiple lounges and communal areas.
